Shipping policy

For our Swiss customers, products are delivered directly from our warehouse in the Zurich Oberland to locations throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our German customers, products are shipped nationwide from our warehouse in Stuttgart. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs

Switzerland
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 130. For orders under CHF 130, shipping costs are CHF 8.00.

Germany
Shipping is free for orders over EUR 130. For orders under EUR 130, shipping costs are EUR 6.90.

Shipping for gift vouchers is free.

Shipping time

Delivery usually takes 1-3 days after leaving the warehouse.
