Shipping Switzerland
The products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Zurich Oberland to all of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150. For orders under CHF 150, shipping costs are CHF 8.
Gift vouchers are sent free of charge.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 days after leaving the warehouse.

The products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Stuttgart. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over EUR 130. For orders under EUR 130, shipping costs are EUR 6.90.
Gift vouchers are sent free of charge.

return
Sometimes a garment just doesn't fit the way you imagined. I know that! You can return the unfit items, unworn and undamaged, within 14 days. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer account with your email address and submit a return.
- Your return request will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you will be notified by email once it has been approved. Important: Do not ship any items that have not yet been approved. Unapproved items will not be processed.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label for a fee. Pack the clothing you wish to return in its original packaging, if possible, and attach the return label clearly visible.
- Drop off the package at the nearest post office/DHL location and your work is done.
After inspecting the items, we will refund the value of the goods within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
